I'm sure we all have times where we do not have the feeling that we are going through the motions and watching the clock the hours tick down, and feel like there is something inexplicably in our lives. What was once new and exciting is now known and have become routine. And while the routine may be comfortable, you can feel for a little more desire.

Or maybe you feel that management really do not listen to the input of their employees and are more interested in maintaining the status quo. Or that the separation between the Departments within your organization to create, while at the same time and customer costs as productivity and efficiency goes down. The possibilities may be endless, but they all have one thing in common: a need for change.

How many times in these situations, you have wondered if there was a better way? Or maybe you even to itself, it has to be a better way.

I'm sure we've all had those thoughts at one time or another, and once you get them to see with, you should take note. These thoughts are the first step towards innovation.

The determination of the need for change

Innovation starts with the determination that the way things are currently working just not done. You need to recognize the need for change, which is exactly what you have when you started wondering if there is a better way. Innovation is driven by this idea, feeling that underlying, and it corresponds with previous concepts that I have talked about how Leading Change.

I have inspired innovation" because the moment you do, you have to stop innovate. We all want to inspire, create and innovate. This feeling is not new. But we need to feel inspired to do something, to go from thought to action, and this is really the first step to something new, something exciting. And really, it's all up to you.
