Do not you be shy .. Do not be afraid to say you are world class. Own your place in the market

market research is crucial You need to know your competitors, your customers and your industry ..; not only for your first business plan, but on an ongoing basis. You need to know what the current landscape looks, especially if you are in an industry that changes frequently.

Your target market could change from your initial assumptions. Growing City had originally private customer oriented, but found the commercial market more lucrative and easier to break into.

quality is important. very high quality standards in production care has translated to a reputation for quality in the market for Snugabell. Do not lower your standards. Also with local producers makes quality control more manageable and supports the local economy.

Align yourself with like-minded companies, organizations and individuals. Take believe our panelists strategic partnerships and community participation.
