To bring your business concept on paper, you have to think and the many factors that research, your company needs to ensure that a success. With a plan, you can not only detect potential weaknesses, opportunities and risks, you can make your plan help you make informed decisions about your venture, before legally or financially commit itself.

The seven major sections of a business plan

1. Summary

Your summary should be 1-2 pages long and provide an overview of your business concept, important goals of your company and your plan, ownership structure, management team, your product or service offering, target market (s), competitive advantage, marketing strategy and a summary of your financial projections. Your summary should be written last, after writing the rest of the plan; Each paragraph should be a summary of the more detailed, in relation to part of the plan.
